KOKA CHILLI LIME PURPLE CORN NOODLES WITH SALMON

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packets of KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Chilli Lime Noodles
- 1 salmon fillet (Or you can use other meats such as chicken breast, chicken thigh, cod fish etc to your preference)
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- red chilli, shredded
- carrots, shredded
- yellow capsicum, shredded
- spring onions, shredded
- purple cabbage, shredded
- Optional: 1 piece of lime
PREPARATIONS:
- Marinate salmon fillet with half a packet of KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Chilli Lime Noodles seasoning mix.
- Preheat oven fill to 220 degrees, then grill salmon for 6-8 minutes (or just cooked through).
- Cook KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain noodles and set aside. Optional: You can sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Toss drained noodles with Chilli Lime seasoning mix and sesame oil.
- Add shredded red chilli, carrots, purple cabbage, spring onions.
- Top with grilled salmon.
- Optional: Squeeze a touch of lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
