KOKA SIGNATURE
CHILLI MUSHROOM NOODLES
A hearty vegetarian mushroom noodle dish, perfect for your mushroom cravings.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packets of KOKA Signature Mushroom Noodles
- 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onions
- 10 white button mushrooms
- 2 red chillies
- 600ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
PREPARATIONS:
- Slice the mushrooms and set them aside.
- De-seed the chilies, slice, and set aside.
- Cook noodles in 600ml of boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and keep the liquid separate.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add sliced mushrooms.
- Sauté mushrooms till fragrant.
- Add the drained noodles, spring onion, chilies, and stir.
- Add the retained liquid and noodle seasoning and toss well.
- Divide it into two bowls and serve.
