KOKA AGLIO OLIO PURPLE CORN NOODLES WITH SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packets of KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Aglio Olio Noodles
- 5-10 shrimps, peeled and deveined (Alternatively, you can use pre-cooked shrimps for greater convenience.)
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes OR chopped red chilli padi
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
PREPARATIONS:
- Cook KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Drain noodles and set them aside. Heat a pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn cooked earlier.
- Add shrimps, chili flakes/chopped chili padi, and seasoning mix from KOKA and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 min.
- Add parsley in.
- Turn off the heat and serve.
