KOKA PURPLE WHEAT COLD NOODLE SALAD

KOKA PURPLE WHEAT
PLAIN NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet of KOKA Purple Wheat Noodles
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
1 cup of mixed salad

PREPARATIONS:

Cook 1 pack of KOKA Purple Wheat Noodles according to instructions.
Rinse in cold water, strain, and pat to dry.
Toss in a bit of olive oil to prevent clumping.
Prepare your choice of greens! You can toss in Mizuna lettuce, green leaf lettuce, or radicchio.
add different vegetables like carrots, onions, bell peppers, or snap peas.
Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of dressing!
