INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x KOKA Multigrain Purple Corn Five Spice Duck Cup Noodles
- 3 pcs dang gui
- 1 pcs tang shen
- 3 pcs red dates
- 1 tsp hua diao jiu
- 3 g dried black fungus
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Chopped Walnut (garnish)
- Coriander (garnish)
PREPARATIONS:
- Cut Red Dates into half. Cut rehydrated Black Fungus into small pieces.
- Pour water into a pot and let it come to a boil.
- Add Dang gui, Tang Shen, Red Dates, Black Fungus and Hua Diao Jiu.
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 15mins.
- Empty the seasoning and vegetable sachets into the cup. When it is ready, evenly pour the broth into 2 cup noodles. Close the lid for 2-3 mins.
- Mix well. Top with chopped walnuts and coriander. It is ready to served!
