INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of KOKA Multugrain Purple Corn Five Spice Duck Noodles
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
  • A sprinkle of sesame seed
  • 200g of braised duck (click here if you like to make your own braised duck)
  • 350ml of water

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Place noodles into 350ml of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat, add seasoning sachet, and stir.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Add boiled egg.
  5. Cut the braised duck into strips and place atop noodles and broth.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seed.
