INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of KOKA Multugrain Purple Corn Five Spice Duck Noodles
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
- A sprinkle of sesame seed
- 200g of braised duck (click here if you like to make your own braised duck)
- 350ml of water
PREPARATIONS:
- Place noodles into 350ml of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off heat, add seasoning sachet, and stir.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add boiled egg.
- Cut the braised duck into strips and place atop noodles and broth.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seed.
