Fun Family Picnic Recipes with KOKA

COCKTAIL SAUSAGE STIR-FRIED NOODLES

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of KOKA signature stir-fry original noodles
  • 1 packet of cocktail sausages
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

Difficulty Level:
1 out of 3 (1 = Easy, 2 = Average, 3 = Difficult)

No. of Servings:
For 2 people

Estimated Time:
15 minutes

Preparation

  1. Cook KOKA noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and put aside.
  2. Add seasoning powder and oil together in a bowl and mix well. Add the noodles and mix evenly.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a pan and boil cocktail sausages for 10-12 mins. Drain and set aside.
  4. Using the same water in the pan, heat tomatoes for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to peel off the skin. Set aside.
  5. Heat up the pan with olive oil to medium and add chopped garlic.
  6. Add the noodles and stir well.
  7. Add the cocktail sausage and tomatoes. Stir for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Half a lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Difficulty Level:
2 out of 3 (1 = Easy, 2 = Average, 3 = Difficult)

No. of Servings:
For 2 people

Estimated Time:
20 minutes

Prepare the salmon

  1. Sprinkle salmon with pepper and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Pan-fry salmon till cooked.

Prepare the noodles & sauce

  1. Cook KOKA noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and put aside.
  2. Add seasoning powder and oil together in a bowl and mix well. Add the noodles and mix evenly.
  3. Heat up a pan with olive oil to medium and add chopped garlic. Fry till golden.
  4. Add the noodles and mix well.

Putting them together

  1. Place noodles in a food container.
  2. Top with salmon fillet and cream.
  3. Garnish with parsley.
