RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason, so please ensure all items in your order are correct before completing your purchase.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

When getting in touch, kindly provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the inner packaging
  • Photos of the affected product(s)
  • Photos of the batch code/expiry date printed on the packaging

This information helps us assess the issue and process your request promptly.

Upon verification, we will arrange one of the following, depending on the situation and product availability:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s), or
  • Refund (full or partial, where applicable)

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality
  • Requests made after the 48-hour reporting window

4. PRODUCT QUALITY & STORAGE

Our products are manufactured under strict quality control standards. Please refer to the packaging for proper storage instructions.

We are not responsible for any product quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
